Your favorite shirt designer

Postby BigBrother on Fri May 29, 2009 6:23 pm

What's your favorite shirt designer? Based on what I own, I rate TM Lewin tops followed by Hawes and Curtis. Based on what I don't own and can't afford for now, I can start with a Ralph Lauren and probably Turnbull and Asser. What's your favorite?

Donmayor, you sound like an anglophile and so I am shocked that Brooks Brothers isn't on your list. How could you forget them?
Tommy Hilfiger and Nautica are cool also, not that I am into brand name buying.

I heard Brooks Brothers make great shirts but I don't have access to Brooks Brother here - never even felt one. The British make great shirts for a fairly reasonable price. Someone once asked me to buy designed in Nigeria shirts and even though I feel I do not have trouble buying them, I have a problem with the ones in my price range. They have poor fabric and sometimes design construction. Many of the shirt designers don't even know the make up of the fabric so how am I supposed to care for it?
I love Tommy too :)

I am not quite sure about designs...But i like t-shirt with slogan.
My favorite slogan they have printed on clothes has to be Dead Girls don't say No, though..
