I was crossing the street on my way to get lunch just now. A man was walking his dog and suddenly the dog stopped dead right in the middle of the street and did his business. All traffic was held up until the dog finished and the man cleaned up after it. Now, does that need applauding or does that need applauding?!!

Dats so funny...
One. The dog chose the wrong place and the man waited for the dog to finish
Two. People actually watched and waited for the dog to be thru.
Three. the man cleaned up after the dog was done

I'm just imagining if it was Nigeria, the dog will have been dragged off, the owner insulted and the dogs stuff will be left for the government to pack
