National Assembly depends on BBC broadcast to appoint VP

Interesting stuff...Jonathan is now acting president based on Yar'Adua's BBC's 3 minute interview rather than the letter the constitution demands. I do not fault their actions even though I'm uncertain about its legality but at the same time I find Nigeria an annoying country where anything goes.
